How I Work



Please be assured you can always rely on my full support.  I’ll help you to decide what it is you want and to find the way to achieve it.  I can help you build a toolkit containing skills,  techniques and coping mechanisms to enable you to have the life you desire.  


You can ring me, without any commitment, so you can feel sure that I am the right coach for you.


How many sessions will you need?

We all have our individual requirements so each of the sessions will be tailored to you.


The number of sessions will vary according to your specific needs, and I’ll be happy to work with you for as many or as few as you need. 


You can book appointments as needed, or arrange a package of sessions, each has email support in between. Coaching is usually done face-to-face.  However, sometimes people choose phone, Skype, Facetime or email consultations due to distance or time constraints. 


I am based in the UK but have worked with international clients – I'm very happy for you to choose whichever method suits you best.
